Family Medicine Physician with OB Fellowship (FMOB)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Roswell, GA & Johns Creek, GA

Job Summary: We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician with OB fellowship training (FMOB) to join a collaborative and well-established OB team. This role focuses on providing prenatal care, performing deliveries, and ensuring continuity of care, while working alongside OB/GYN physicians and certified nurse midwives in a supportive, team-based environment.

Position Highlights

•Integrated role within an established OB/GYN practice

•Clear escalation pathways for complex/high-risk cases

•Collaborative care model with physicians and midwives

•Established patient base and continuity opportunities

Responsibilities:

•Provide prenatal and obstetric care for low- to moderate-risk pregnancies

•Perform deliveries and participate in shared OB call coverage

•Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians on higher-risk cases

•Build and maintain continuity of care with OB patients

Qualifications:

•Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

•Completion of an Obstetrics (OB) Fellowship

•Comfortable managing low- to moderate-risk obstetrics

•Strong collaboration and patient-centered care approach
