Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) NIGHT SHIFT 7PM to 7 AM

Skilled Nursing Facility – Venice, FL

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Position Overview

The LPN is responsible for delivering direct nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Document nursing care in accordance with facility policies and regulations

• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license in good standing

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
