Job Title ABS US Associate - Transportation Corporate Title Associate Location New York, NY Overview Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. is seeking an Associate, within the Global Credit & Financing Solutions complex, in New York, NY. The individual will play an integral role in the transportation structured products business in the U.S. which invests DB's capital in the real economy by underwriting, structuring, and distributing collateralized lending and cash flow financing solutions across the capital stack in the aviation/aerospace, rail/land transport/logistics, and shipping sectors. The team also actively structures and distributes asset backed securities for transportation, as well as advising on equity transactions involving transportation assets. Candidates will receive dual exposure to secured private credit structuring and origination and structured credit investment banking. Skills You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics or related field; proven experience of structured finance experience at an investment bank or investor. ABS or corporate finance experience is a plus; Exceptional analytical, quantitative and communication skills; Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented; Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and change priorities; Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a team; and Legally eligible to work in the United States. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $140,000 to $170,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
