Youth Leader, Hispanas Organized for Political Equality

Español abajo El Programa de Liderazgo Juvenil HOPE (HYLP) es un programa de liderazgo estatal diseñado para preparar a las latinas de la escuela secundaria para un futuro autosuficiente que permitirá el desarrollo económico y político paridad a través de una educación universitaria. Los objetivos del HYLP incluyen preparación universitaria, empoderamiento financiero, mayor participación cívica y la promoción de una vida saludable. Además, los participantes participarán en un proyecto de historia digital para mostrar su proyecto de liderazgo, mientras obtienen una valiosa formación en nuevos medios. Los participantes de YLP de HOPE son seleccionados por asociaciones sin fines de lucro y escuelas en todo California. Treinta y dos de ellos participarán en un programa intensivo durante un período de seis meses descrito a continuación (Pista 1), mientras que el resto (Pista 2) se reunirá durante las dos conferencias más grandes de HOPE, el Día de la Historia de HOPE Latina y el Día de Acción Latina.
