Benefits Great company culture Competitive pay with daily pay options available Flexible work schedules Benefits, Supplemental Plans, EAP, and 401K Career growth and development opportunities Opportunities for career/clinical growth and development Referral bonuses Responsibilities Creates patient Plan of Care per Physician's orders and ensures compliance Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting Reviews nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse is following Physician's orders Reviewing MARs, verbal orders, medication profile management to match Physicians orders Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation Training for Caregivers and Nurses as required Participates in staff meetings, in‑services and other meetings as required Qualifications Degree in Nursing from an accredited school Must have no less than 2 years clinical experience, and at least 1 year in related management/supervisory role Current or multi state license in compliance with the state regulations CPR professional certification Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company Capable of working independently with highly confidential information About our Line of Business All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home - all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
