Quality Assurance Manager

Lead Quality, Inspire Teams!! – Quality Control Manager OPEN! What You’ll Do Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan, including inspection procedures and documentation Conduct field inspections across all construction scopes and verify material storage and installation Apply technical expertise in Tier-level data center requirements, redundancy systems, and envelope tightness Facilitate quality meetings and support project teams in resolving field conflicts Manage QC documentation in Procore and related systems What You Need 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in QC, superintendent, or field engineering roles Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience) OSHA 30-Hour Certification required Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite Experience with mission critical, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred USACE Construction Quality Control Certification preferred Competitive Salary & Benefit Paid Maternity and Paternity leave Structured career pathing and continuing education support Holiday Refresh – Additional paid time off between Christmas and New Year #J-18808-Ljbffr
