This is a key leadership role responsible for driving branch performance, developing team members, deepening customer relationships, and championing the culture and values that make Forte Bank unique. Position Summary As a Branch Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and visible leader within the communities we serve. You will lead and develop a team of retail banking professionals while ensuring every customer interaction reflects the exceptional service and relationship-driven culture Forte Bank is known for. Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m./close Occasional Saturdays: 8:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Attendance at community events outside regular business hours may occasionally be required. Primary Responsibilities Leadership & Branch Operations Lead daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with bank policies, ethical standards, security procedures, and government regulations Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer care Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve both individual and team success Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing team members who align with Forte Bank's values and service philosophy Create an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and team members Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bank's products and services Customer Experience & Relationship Building Deliver and reinforce high-quality customer service standards through meaningful and proactive customer interactions Build long-term relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations Ensure customers feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for during every interaction Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through personalized banking solutions Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service through regular contact with customers Evaluate service quality and implement improvements when needed Sales & Business Development Lead the branch in achieving established sales and growth goals Develop and execute a business calling plan focused on relationship-building and new business acquisition Conduct outreach and prospecting activities to develop new customer relationships Increase market share by building long-term relationships with local businesses Actively participate in community organizations, networking opportunities, and local events to enhance Forte Bank's visibility and reputation Promote retail, business, lending, and investment products and services Generate referral business, new accounts, and opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships Qualifications Education & Experience Minimum of five years of banking experience Minimum of three years of leadership or management experience Proven success coaching and developing employees to deliver high levels of customer service Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Strong understanding of banking systems and software applications Skills & Attributes The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong knowledge of retail and business banking Knowledge of bank compliance and security procedures Excellent relationship‑building and interpersonal skills Effective sales, referral, and cross‑selling abilities High integrity and commitment to confidentiality Accountability, initiative, and follow‑through A proactive, strategic, and customer‑focused mindset Strong attention to detail A collaborative approach and willingness to support team success Passion for community involvement and relationship‑driven banking Commitment to upholding the ethics and values of Forte Bank Why Join Forte Bank?
