Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial binders, and correspondence. Conduct legal research, manage case files, and maintain organized document systems. Coordinate discovery responses, document production, and deposition preparation. Draft, review, and summarize legal and case‑related materials. Maintain communication with clients, court staff, and external parties. Assist with trial preparation and provide case support as needed. Support attorneys across commercial, construction, real estate, and related litigation matters. Qualifications 4+ years of paralegal experience , preferably in litigation. Strong knowledge of the litigation process, including state and federal court procedures. Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification preferred.
