Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN

LPN or RN Weekend Supervisor Position: Weekend Supervisor at Belen Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Schedule Options Friday, Saturday & Sunday (12‑hour day shifts) Saturday, Sunday & Monday (12‑hour day shifts) Sign‑On Bonus $15,000 Responsibilities Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations. Facilitate implementation of care delivery models and processes, mentor staff, coordinate and communicate with other departments. Collaborate with Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing, providing safe, 24/7 care while limiting overtime and agency use. Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and recommend promotions, transfers, and terminations. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
