Eligible for tip/tip pool What Does Success Look Like A Pastry Cook II works under the supervision of the Pastry Lead and Pastry Chef but must possess the ability to work independently. Utilize standardized recipes to prepare daily preparation requirements, maintain par levels of necessary items Ability to create daily production lists Ability to work unsupervised Develop new menu items under the direction of a supervisor Ensure attractive and consistent presentation of food items, both buffet and plated Interact with other pastry cooks to monitor quality, presentation and consistency of food items prepared #J-18808-Ljbffr
