# Physical TherapistHot JobHenning, MN 56551## OverviewSalary Range$37.05 - $55.57 HourlyPosition TypeFull Time## DescriptionAstera Health is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team.This position is scheduled for 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period, Monday-Friday in Henning with inpatient weekend rotation every 7-8 weeks in Wadena. We also support work-life balance through benefits such as paid time off, short and long-term disability and our employee wellness initiative.Responsibilities required, but not limited to:* Ability to operate independently at the Henning PT clinic, while maintaining strong communication and collaborative relationships with the broader Astera team to ensure consistency of care and culture* Formulates total treatment programs, adjusts program to each patient’s needs and condition to ensure a positive outcome.* Carries out treatments in accordance with physician’s orders. Contacts physicians as needed concerning patient condition or progress to maintain continuity of care.* Documents evaluation and progress notes for each patient treated.* Follows established policies, procedures, and safety precautions with use of modalities and equipment to prevent injury.* Provides patient care in a safe manner during treatments.* Provides physical therapy services as requested by Astera Health to meet outreach needs. Complete all documentation in adherence to Astera Health and CMS standard with 24 hours of treatment session* Will work with in the rural general setting for treatment in areas of orthopedics, athletes, and neurological therapy across all ages.*Astera Health is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer.
