YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a caregiver, you will provide professional, compassionate, in-home support designed to promote the comfort, dignity, safety, and independence of elderly clients. Responsibilities include:

• Provide in-home companionship to elderly clients
• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients by attending to their basic needs, including showering, bathing, toileting, and dressing
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication
• Assist with mobility in and around the home and outside the home, including doctor’s appointments, walks, and other activities
• Plan and prepare meals
• Complete client shopping or accompany clients while they shop
• Perform basic housekeeping duties
• Report any unusual incidents and respond quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
• Offer activities that are essential for daily living

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking individuals who demonstrate compassion, dependability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

• Valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and reliable transportation every single day
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (preferred)
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Supportive and compassionate
• Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
