Frontline Patient Access & Pre-Registration Specialist

Cook County Health

Cook County Health is seeking a Preregistration Specialist to assist in collecting patient information and verifying insurance for outpatient services. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth preregistration process while maintaining patient confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with at least three years of experience in patient access and strong customer service skills.
