Senior Programmer Analyst

Thompson First Group is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst for a direct hire role with a local client in Millsboro, DE Candidates withFull Life-Cycle Development knowledge and can demonstrates database understanding are encouraged to apply. Primary Purpose The Programmer/Analyst III will design and implement complex Projects. The position will be able to develop realistic timelines. This position will have expert analytical skills. The Programmer/Analyst III will be able to work unsupervised. The Programmer/Analyst III will be an expert in two or more areas of the business. This position will help mentor junior members of the team. Duties/Activities Required by Job Acts as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in two areas; Designs, Programs or configures highly complex technical solutions. Collaborates with users. Facilitates communications between technical and functional areas and between functional area. Help mentor junior members of the team. Implement new information while the internal company customers are still performing their normal business functions.
