Change Management Specialist

Overview Temporary placement with a leading financial services organization, partnered with Kelly OCG and Aquent Talent. Salary $33.96–$37.73 hourly. Start date June 22, 2026. The role drives change management within the marketing division, shaping adoption of new strategies and technologies to create impact for clients. Responsibilities Lead change management efforts for cross‑functional, organization‑wide initiatives. Build comprehensive change management strategies that guide and support people through the change process, including impact analysis, readiness assessment, and sponsor roadmaps. Drive the design, development, delivery, and management of change communications and training programs. Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with project teams, centers of excellence, stakeholders, and key leaders to influence change efforts and achieve business outcomes. Identify key performance indicators and success measures, driving sustainable change and adoption. Drive simplicity and scale to increase efficiencies and improve processes, fostering transformative and lasting change. Required Qualifications Educational background in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Change, an MBA, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of dedicated experience in organizational change management or consulting, with a proven track record in similar‑sized organizations. Strong business acumen and ability to align change initiatives with business needs. Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and foster employee support and engagement. Exceptional visual storytelling and presentation skills to create client‑ready materials. Consultative and collaborative approach to problem‑solving. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong relationship management skills. Strategic thinking and execution on both short‑term and long‑term plans. Execution‑oriented mindset with ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changes, and make decisive choices under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Relevant change‑management practitioner certification. Experience leading change for a wide variety of projects at a large scale.
