Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated 2nd Shift Assemblers to join their dynamic team. As a 2nd Shift Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: 2nd Shift Assemblers Location: New Berlin, WI Pay Range: $19 Shift: Evenings (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM) What's the Job? Assemble products following engineering documents to ensure high-quality output Operate computers to check schedules and update manufacturing status Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing according to procedures Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process Assist in training other team members and resolve inquiries or issues What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent Up to 2 years of relevant experience Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic computer skills for updating manufacturing records What's in it for me?
