Mechanic Small Engine

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, tractors & zero turn mower.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product questions and loading/unloading.
- Document and track repairs through work orders and assist with warranty claims.
- Attend training classes to stay updated on OEM repair techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.

What We're Looking For
- Mechanical skills with basic knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
- Positive attitude, good attendance, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and a clean driving record.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work overtime and weekends.
- Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy team player.
Work Schedule & Location
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, day shift, with weekend availability and overtime.
- On-site work at our West Bend location.
