Empire Dental is looking for a General Dentist who wants more than just a job.

Our established West Side San Antonio practice has a strong PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base, a modern 5-operatory office, experienced support staff, and a steady flow of patients.

This is an opportunity to step into an established practice and make it your own— without having to build a patient base from scratch or manage the day-to-day business responsibilities of practice ownership.

Our experienced clinical and administrative team handles the details that keep the practice running smoothly, allowing you to spend your time doing what you do best: taking care of patients.

You'll step into an established and growing PPO and Fee-for-Service practice with an existing patient base and strong demand for care.

We trust our dentists to use their training and judgment. You’ll have the freedom to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide care according to your clinical philosophy while having a supportive team around you.

W-2 Employee | Collections-Based Compensation | Up to $300,000 Annual Earning Potential

Your success should be rewarded, which is why we offer a competitive collections-based compensation model with the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually.

We're looking for a General Dentist who:

• Holds a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Has an active Texas dental license or is eligible to obtain one

• Is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

• Communicates well with patients and team members

• Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients

• Is comfortable working collaboratively and leading by example

• Wants to grow with an established practice

3+ years of clinical experience is preferred, but we encourage exceptional dentists who may not yet have three years of experience to apply.
