Michael Hillman State Farm Agency is looking for a Top-Notch Competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our insurance account representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to engage directly and communicate effectively with customers, listen and identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. If you are energetic, goal-driven, and sales-minded, and care about customers we are looking to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to grow your career.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Qualifications:
- Must have extraordinary organizational skills, deadline motivation, and an attentive listener for detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Health Insurance.
- Our office is located in Cumming, GA.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
