Steel Fabrication & Erection Crew Member
Ridgeline Custom Services LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Steel Fabrication & Erection Crew Member to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and enjoys working as part of a team to complete projects the right way.
Responsibilities
● Assist with steel fabrication and structural steel erection.
● Perform weld-up and bolt-up steel construction.
● Read and follow project drawings and directions from the crew leader.
● Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
● Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
● Work efficiently with the crew to keep projects on schedule.
● Follow all company safety policies and industry standards.
● Represent Ridgeline Custom Services LLC with professionalism on every job site.
Qualifications
● Experience in steel fabrication, structural steel erection, welding, or related construction work preferred.
● Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
● Basic knowledge of weld-up and bolt-up steel construction is preferred.
● Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.
● Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
● Ability to work well as part of a team while following instructions.
● Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
