Job Description
The Assistant Office Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of Boat Sport Marina. This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating a variety of administrative and customer service functions while helping ensure the office operates efficiently. Duties include, but are not limited to, boat, motor, and trailer closings and registrations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, rental reservations and customer check-in/check-out, inventory management, marketing support, and the preparation and management of storage contracts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced marina environment.

We specialize in the sales and service of new and pre-owned boats, pontoons, outboard motors, docks, lifts, and snowmobiles. Our dealership proudly represents leading brands including Harris Pontoons, Crest Pontoons, Alumacraft Boats, Mercury Marine, ShoreMaster Docks and Lifts, and Arctic Cat Snowmobiles.
Our award-winning service department has earned Mercury CSI recognition for outstanding customer satisfaction and is dedicated to helping customers enjoy their time on the water. In addition to sales and service, Boat Sport Marina offers boat rentals, winter storage, dock and lift installation, and a wide range of marine accessories.
