Overview Senior Technical Recruiter @ The Mice Groups, Inc. | Internal Recruitment We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy DC Systems Technology Lead to support the launch and ongoing operations of a new Direct-to-Consumer distribution center in the Phoenix area. This is a unique opportunity to be the first technician on-site , with the potential to grow into a leadership role as the team expands. Base pay range $25.00/hr - $32.00/hr Responsibilities Support and maintain warehouse systems including WMS (Manhattan Active), WES, MHE, and WCS Manage and resolve support tickets; participate in on-call rotation Act as the primary technical liaison for warehouse operations and business teams Assist with system configuration, deployment, and vendor coordination Provide feedback on system capabilities and process improvements Offer basic desktop and network troubleshooting as the on-site IT support liaison Contribute to backlog management, UAT approvals, and Agile-based initiatives Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan Active WMS is a plus) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with desktop and basic network troubleshooting Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and project management tools Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Willingness to travel occasionally, including potential international travel Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus Benefits Be part of a high-impact warehouse launch Opportunity to grow into a leadership role Work closely with cross-functional teams and cutting-edge logistics technology Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Industries Warehousing and Storage, Retail Apparel and Fashion, and Online and Mail Order Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
