• Responsible for the overall functioning of nursing service on their respective unit.
• Manage the care of residents from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with residents, family members, physicians, interdisciplinary team, supervisors, and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes.
• Use independent judgement, initiative and problem‑solving to achieve clinical outcomes with the team.
• Manage staff, including supervising and developing entry level, skilled and licensed personnel, evaluating team members, recommending hiring and discipline up to termination, conducting performance appraisals, assessing workflow, implementing new policies and procedures, investigating complaints, attending committee meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• RN Certification (Required)
• Ability to work in a 44‑Bed Unit with flexible schedule.
