Lead Infant Teacher

Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Lead Infant Teacher to join our team Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones - all while feeling secure and supported.

As an Infant Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child's individual needs.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.
• Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Must have CDA, or AA degree/Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or at least 60 credits with 6 credits in Early Childhood/Child Development
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.

• Authorization to work in the United States
