I opened my State Farm agency in 2001 and currently lead a dedicated team of seven professionals who take pride in helping our community protect what matters most. Over the years, weve built a strong reputation for providing exceptional service and maintaining a positive, growth-oriented work environment. I believe in creating balance working hard to achieve our goals while also having fun along the way. My team enjoys celebrating wins, supporting each other, and maintaining a relaxed yet productive atmosphere. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Darin Tsukashima - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
