Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Oncology unit position requiring chemotherapy certification and IMC experience in a Kansas hospital setting.

Details

• 13-week travel nursing contract
• Oncology unit within a hospital setting
• IMC (Intermediate Care) patient population
• 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend requirement, working Friday/Saturday nights or Saturday/Sunday nights
• Float to acute care units as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license in Kansas (KS) or a compact state license currently in hand
• Chemotherapy (CHEMO) certification required
• IMC experience required
• Oncology nursing experience required

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius rule applies
• Former permanent employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
• Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine are required, or an approved declination must be on file; booster is not required
• COVID vaccination card will be required for consideration
