Project Manager Full Time – Victor, NY Location: Onsite at LSI Solutions, Victor, NY Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm (days) Salary: $100,000 to $135,000 per year Reports to: Principal Engineer, Manager, Program Management Job Summary Ensure the proper execution of projects through control of deliverables and timelines. Manage projects and initiatives supporting new product & systems development, design enhancements, and manufacturing improvements. Utilize best‑practice project management tools and techniques to meet technical scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Ultimately responsible for technical advancement and timely progression of assigned projects and programs. Responsibilities Support initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and coordination of engineering projects with varying levels of supervision. Lead cross‑functional teams across all disciplines. Communicate project status, technical hurdles, and solution paths to stakeholders. Use project‑management tools to drive performance and prepare presentations for Phase Gate and review meetings. Maintain records of project outputs in accordance with ISO 13485, MDSAP, EU MDR, 21 CFR 820, and LSI procedures. Participate in design reviews and troubleshooting during product development. Coach and mentor project managers and team members. Escalate roadblocks to functional managers and secure resources for project success. Provide input on employee development and performance reviews. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. 0–3 years experience in a product development environment, with preference for technical‑project‑management experience. 3–6 years product development experience (increasing with seniority); medical‑device experience preferred. 2–10 years project‑management leadership experience. PMI CAPM certification or equivalent; PMP certification preferred for senior roles. Knowledge of PMBOK and industry‑accepted project‑management methodologies. Proficiency with MS‑Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS‑Project. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present to diverse audiences including management, customers, vendors, engineers. Organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects. Self‑directed work style with moderate to minimal supervision.
