Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, creative, and team-oriented individual to join our world-class Property team. This role is an entry‑level project management support position, ideal for someone looking to build a foundation in construction management while working closely with Project Managers on active projects. As a Project Administrator, you will support Project Managers and Superintendents by managing project documentation, tracking cost and schedule information, and helping ensure accurate and timely flow of information across project teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to project managers and superintendents as assigned. 2. Assist in maintaining project files and project tracking records such as Request for Information (RFI), construction job logs, submittals, contractor quotes, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets. 3. Track and report construction project measures such as project expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality related measures. 4. Provide information and input to project stakeholders and team members in their decision-making process. 5. Assist with creating supporting presentations on project status to management. 6. Follow applicable processes and identify and report potential project problems as soon as they are identified. 7. Follow SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World-Class Manufacturing principles. 8.Understand. Create. Simplify. 9. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree or related experience Strong coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills Strong computer, telephone, proofreading, and filing skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test result(s) Preferred Qualifications: Project management experience; has experience working in a professional setting Physical Requirements: None Location: Pullman, WA- This position is located in Pullman, WA.
