About the Job

We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based openings across San Jose, CA for the 2026-2027 school year . These are in-person roles supporting students across various grade levels and school sites.

• Location: San Jose, CA (multiple school sites).
• Schedule: Part-Time | 21 hours/week | Approx. 36 weeks.
• Setting: On-site | School-Based.
• School Year: 2026-2027.
• Start Date: Fall 2026.

Compensation:

• Local Pay: Up to $83/hr.
• Compensation is based on experience, placement, and qualifications.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school-based, pediatric, or clinical settings.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to provide services on-site during the school week.

Preferred (not required):

• Prior school-based SLP experience.
• Familiarity with IEP development and school documentation.
• Experience supporting diverse student populations.

• Provide speech-language services aligned with student IEP goals.

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school requirements.
• Support students' access, communication, and participation in the educational environment.
