Key Essential Functions Running the day-to-day office task (making appointments, answering phones, etc.) Creating BOLs Assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors Instructing Hi-Lo Ops on their next priorities Checking truck drivers IDs Sealing trailers Creating switcher/shuttle moves Bulk Receiving- if at M2 or Mazda Completing yard/refer checks Verifying completion and accuracy of completed paperwork Customer Service Control the Flow of inbound/outbound trucks Any other clerical work that needs to be done Benefits medical benefits dental benefits vision benefits tuition reimbursement life insurance disability insurance 401 (k) plan with company match AAP/EEO Statement: Roskam Foods is a recognized veteran-friendly and equal opportunity employer.
