Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities Build a diverse pool of active and passive candidates through proactive market research, candidate relationship management, active search methods, referrals from employees and managers, and the use of various job boards Thoroughly vet candidates and recommend the most effective interview panels to reduce time from selection to offer Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to hiring Prioritize candidate experience by ensuring timely and effective communication with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success Requirements 3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting for non-tech positions Experience conducting competency-based interviews Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles Strong knowledge of common human resources practices Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling Experience working in an international organization with competing priorities We offer 15 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year 10 days for floating Public holidays Medical budget Opportunity to work remotelyProfessional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses) #J-18808-Ljbffr Justmarkets
