Start Date: Immediate Shift: 3rd - 11pm to 8am Active US Secret Clearance REQUIRED *RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE* What You Will Do Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions Maintain and update technical drawings and documentation, including preparing change packages for review boards Diagnose hardware failures using a range of electronic test equipment and analysis tools Evaluate defect and yield data to drive process improvements and reduce recurring failures Collaborate with suppliers, create Statements of Work, and support general electrical engineering activities in production environments Qualifications You Must Have 5 to 10 years Years of Experience Required Education Required BSEE or equivalent Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, etc. Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs. Strong written and verbal communication skills Qualifications We Prefer Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware Background in designing electronic or electro optical subsystems, including circuit design, assembly processes, and fabrication practices Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across electrical design, simulation, and measurement domains Experience with subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing technical guidance, coordination, and project oversight Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
