Role DescriptionThe Sales Management Trainee role at Intrepid Consulting Group offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of sales and leadership. You will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to achieving excellence in sales operations. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their strategic thinking and leadership skills. You will work closely with experienced mentors to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales management, customer relations, and operational strategies, preparing you for a future leadership position within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Participate in leadership training programs to gain insights into management roles.
- Support senior sales team members in daily operations and client interactions.
- Engage with potential clients to identify needs and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration

- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving
