OB/GYN Opportunity | Southwest Arizona | New Facility + Birthing Center
Join a growing women's health program in Southwest Arizona where you'll have a full-spectrum OB/GYN practice, dedicated surgical access, and the opportunity to be part of a brand-new birthing center opening soon.

Newly built clinic + standalone birthing center (opening 2025/2026)
Full-spectrum OB/GYN with consistent delivery volume (~3,000 annually)
Blocked OR time and access to a 406-bed hospital with Level III NICU
Shared call with manageable frequency
Mid-level support to help balance workload
Practice Overview:
Established women's health clinic with integrated urgent care and surgical services
Mix of clinic, OR, and hospital-based care
Built-in referral base and growing community need
Supportive team environment designed for efficiency
Schedule:
Full-time role with a balanced weekly structure
Shared call rotation
Dedicated access to OR and inpatient resources
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary with employed model stability

What They're Looking For:
Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN
Comfortable with full-spectrum care (OB + GYN surgery)
Open to both new grads and experienced physicians
Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
