Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven professional to serve as a Design-Oriented Customer Service and Technical Liaison. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cabinet layout and design, home construction, and excellent communication skills to effectively assist clients and coordinate technical aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, providing expert guidance on cabinet layout and design solutions.
• Interpret and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure project accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with the design, manufacturing, and installation teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Maintain detailed, organized records of client interactions, project specifications, and progress updates.
• Assist in resolving design or technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about the latest home construction trends, cabinet designs, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with cabinet layout, design, and home construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of construction processes, tools, and materials.
• Proficient in design software and project management tools is a plus.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Comfortable with job takeoffs from architectural plans to develop job quotations
