Job Title: Construction Estimator - Recent Graduates

I’m working with a construction company in Watertown, NY that bids federal, state, and commercial projects & heavy commercial and government work

specifically. They’re hiring a Construction Estimator , and here’s the part that matters for you: they’ve decided they’d rather train someone sharp and coachable than require years of experience.

Why this matters for your career: estimating is one of the fastest ways into construction leadership. You learn the whole business drawings, cost, risk,

scheduling and it’s one of the clearest paths to Project management or executive roles down the line.

• Direct exposure to government/commercial bid work from day one
• Learn the full estimating process takeoffs, scopes of work, material and labor costs
• Real path to grow into a Lead estimator role

What they need:

• Bachelor's in construction management, civil engineering, or related coursework
• Comfortable with numbers, drawings, and detail work
• Willing to learn estimating software and construction divisions
• Able to work independently once trained

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watertown, NY.

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $48.00/hr.
