What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes for aerospace components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and AS9100 documentation.
• Ensure precision, consistency, and quality across every job.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to continuously improve setups and cycle times.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven CNC setup experience (Mazak or similar control preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing things right.
• The desire to be part of a team that pushes for excellence every day.
• Must be able to set up and process your own parts.
