What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes for aerospace components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and AS9100 documentation.
- Ensure precision, consistency, and quality across every job.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to continuously improve setups and cycle times.

- Proven CNC setup experience (Mazak or similar control preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing things right.
- The desire to be part of a team that pushes for excellence every day.
- Must be able to set up and process your own parts.
