• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
• Reliable, positive attitude, and team player mentality

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting
• Knowledge of inventory control processes
• Familiarity with cycle counting procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare industry is advantageous
• 1+ years of experience in packing, fulfillment, or related roles

Other Requirements:

• Work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• No overtime or weekend shifts required
• In-person interview process with a single round; interview focuses on basic skills and fit
• No professional license needed
