Key Responsibilities Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, speaking engagements). Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals. Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results. Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability. Skills and Qualifications An interest in financial services/markets and how they work. Love of learning and challenges, including determination to succeed. Skilled in long‑term relationship building. Comfortable in thinking critically. Passion for new opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Licensing Requirements Registered or eligible for SIE, Series 7 and Series 66; registrations will be obtained at Edward Jones during the paid study period if not already registered. FINRA registrations required within three months of hire. State insurance licenses will be required. Ongoing training compliance with FINRA, SEC, and CE requirements to keep licenses current. Compensation New financial advisors receive a supplemental starting salary ranging from $45,000 to $100,000 plus commission, profit sharing, and incentive travel opportunities, with a commission structure and incentive packages that grow with performance and client portfolio.
