Civil Engineer- Land Development

We are partnering with a well-established civil engineering and land development firm serving clients across New Hampshire and New England. Their projects span residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial developments, with a strong focus on sustainable and cost-effective solutions. This firm has seen consistent growth over the past ten years and provides a highly collaborative, team environment! Responsibilities Prepare site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater management plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Perform engineering calculations for drainage, utilities, and site grading. Assist in the preparation of permit applications and support documentation for local and state agencies. Conduct site visits and support construction observation as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, architects, and environmental consultants. Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables under the direction of senior staff. Stay current on local, state, and federal regulations affecting land development in New Hampshire. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. EIT certification required; actively pursuing PE license preferred. 1-4 years of experience in site/civil design with a strong working knowledge of Civil 3D. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
