You will analyze and interpret results to support physicians in diagnosing and treating patients, while operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting lab instruments to ensure accuracy. Following strict protocols for specimen handling, labeling, and storage is essential, along with maintaining laboratory safety and infection control standards. You will record and report test results using the Laboratory Information System (LIS), participate in quality assurance programs to uphold accreditation, and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
