Forklift Operator - Up to $25/hr Job Description Forklift Operators safely operate industrial trucks, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, to load, unload, transport, and stack goods within a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring that materials move efficiently and safely through a 3PL warehouse environment. Shifts:

1. st shift: $22/hr M-F 5am - 1:30pm
2. nd shift: $23.50 M-F 1pm - 9:30pm
3. rd shift: $24.50 M-F 9pm - 5:30am

Weekend Day Shift: $25/hr F-Sun 5am - 5:30pm Weekend Night Shift: $25.75/hr F-Sun 5pm - 5:30am Responsibilities Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks safely and efficiently to load, unload, transport, and stack goods. Handle materials throughout the warehouse, including moving pallets, cases, and equipment to designated locations. Perform order picking to assemble customer orders accurately and prepare them for shipping. Assist with general labor tasks such as staging, wrapping, labeling, and organizing products as needed. Essential Skills Demonstrated experience operating sit-down forklifts and stand-up forklifts. Ability to safely load, unload, transport, and stack goods using forklifts and reach trucks. Proficiency in material handling, including moving pallets and products safely and efficiently. Basic understanding of inventory handling and movement within a warehouse. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with working in a third-party logistics (3PL) setting. Experience working in a warehouse setting (indoor or outdoor). Order picking experience with attention to accuracy and timeliness. General labor experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is based in a warehouse environment. You will work around industrial equipment such as sit-down and stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, as well as standard material handling tools. You should expect to be on your feet for most of the shift, working in an active distribution setting with varying temperatures typical of a warehouse operation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
