• Assemble boxes, crates, pallets, skids, and other packaging products
• Use hand tools and power tools to build products safely and accurately
• Feed and remove materials from production machines
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Work with wood, corrugated cardboard, and foam materials
• Package, stack, and prepare products for shipment
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient

✅ Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

✅ Comfortable using hand and power tools

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Ability to follow instructions and work independently

✅ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

✅ Able to lift, stack, and move materials throughout the shift

✅ General labor, warehouse, construction, or production experience is a plus

You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility producing packaging and building products. Team members operate production equipment, assemble products, and help maintain a safe, efficient workplace. Steel-toe boots are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Utica, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
