RN Nursing Supervisor - Home Health QA & Mentorship

Aveanna Healthcare LLC

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead and mentor field staff, perform case management, and oversee start of care assessments in Shelton, CT and Plainville, CT. The role combines office coordination with in-home supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position offers a base salary of $80-85k with potential bonuses up to 10%, plus mileage reimbursement and on-call pay where applicable. Strong nursing leadership and travel to patient homes are essential.
