We are expanding our footprint and looking for a rockstar leader to run our key hub in Riverton, UT . If you know the business, have at least a year of GM experience in restaurant or retail, and want to make an impact in the Riverton, UT community, we want you.

What You Bring (Requirements):

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management. (A ServSafe Certification is a major plus, but we'll train the right person to get certified!)
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
• Business Savvy: Solid experience tracking inventory, managing cost controls, and secure cash handling.
• Talent Scout: Ready and willing to own the full vibe check-handle all interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
• Owner Mindset: You will be expected to run our Riverton, UT store as if it were your own business, keeping a sharp eye on the bottom line.

Your Daily Hustle (Responsibilities):

• Own every single aspect of the operations for our high-volume Riverton, UT location.
• Take charge of hiring, scheduling, and training a high-performing crew.
• Master and manage cash flow and food waste controls.
