WHAT YOU'LL DO / LO QUE HARÁS
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area throughout the shift

• Return clean items to proper storage areas in a timely manner

• Support the kitchen team with food prep tasks as needed

• Take out trash, sweep and mop floors, and keep back-of-house areas sanitary
