Maintenance Supervisor

Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of a multifamily apartment community. In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, schedule and complete work orders, coordinate vendors, and ensure building systems, grounds, and common areas are safe, clean, and compliant. You will perform hands-on repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, manage preventive maintenance programs, maintain inventory, and mentor technicians.
