Job Description

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources for construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction activities.
• Maintain effective communication with all team members and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Minimum 10 years ground up experience with $50M+ sized projects
• Detailed project list required for consideration.
• Excellent communication: team before the individual, work well with field team.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• An understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
• A results-driven and detail-oriented approach to project management.
