Pay: $16.90 per hour (Weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours guaranteed per week

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Production General Laborers to join our herbal tea manufacturing team. This position involves hands-on work in a production environment, including sorting herbs, filling and bagging products, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.

Job Duties

• Sort and inspect herbs and raw materials for quality
• Measure and bag herbs and tea products
• Label bags, containers, and finished products accurately
• Pack finished products into boxes for shipment
• Assemble and prepare packaging materials
• Keep the production and work areas clean and organized
• Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures
• Perform other general production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with good attendance
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Able to lift and move boxes/materials as required
• Comfortable working around strong herbal and tea smells
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, food production, packaging, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule will vary based on business needs, including required weekend and extended hours. Load and unload furniture from trucks with care to prevent damage and ensure proper placement. Warehouse Associates will spend approximately 80% of their time in the warehouse and up to 20% traveling to event sites, as needed. Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer. Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture to ensure it is event-ready or properly stored. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Tag, store, and relocate inventory accurately. Perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy. Follow all safety guidelines, participate in safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups. Additional Job Requirements & Details This CORT Events location supports operations across 12 states. Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. You’ll likely be transported from the warehouse to the event center on a Cort truck and will return to the warehouse at the end of your shift. Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. All workers must adhere to the designated rest period (6 hours) before returning to work if you book a shift without this rest period you are subject to be removed from the shift without compensation.
