Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Durham, NC Schedule: Monday and Wednesday + Every other weekend Time: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM CNAs ONLY We're looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team immediately! Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment. Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care services to our clients. Our caregivers play a vital role in providing one-on-one high-quality, personalized support to individuals in various settings, including long-term care facilities, assisted living communities and home environment. Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Mobility assistance and transfers Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Vital Sign checks Qualifications: Current NC CNA Certification High school diploma or equivalent preferred Current TB Test BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Valid Driver's License Current Auto Insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable and professional demeanor Benefits: Competitive pay Paid training Weekly Pay via direct deposit Flexible Schedule Referral Bonus ($$$) Ongoing training and support Supportive team environment Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
